Are you a certified gluten free kitchen?
Sorry, we are not a 'certified' gluten-free kitchen. We do wash cooking woks and utensils between each meal, but there is always a chance for cross-contamination.
About those crab rangoons....do you really use real blue crab and not imitation crab?
The crab in our crab rangoons is 100% blue crab, no fillers!
Do you use MSG?
Most of our menu is completely free of MSG! The fried rice dishes and our soups, do contain a little MSG, however.
Is there egg or flour in your batter?
No, our batter is corn starch based (except the Katsu in the Katsu salad). The batter is vegan and gluten-free!
Do you have any dishes that don't have shellfish/oyster sauce?
Yes! Unless the dishes explicitly have shrimp or shellfish products, we do not use shellfish products as in our sauces. We do not use Oyster Sauce nor Chinese BBQ Sacha sauce for our dishes. Our base brown sauce is 100% Vegan!
If I order with Tofu, is it truly vegetarian?
The sauce that we use for our vegetarian dishes are vegan!
Do you use peanuts or peanut oil?
We do not use peanut oil in any of our dishes. There are, however, peanuts in the Kung Pao Chicken. We do wash cooking woks and utensils between each meal, but there is always a chance for cross-contamination.
What is in your hot & sour soup?
Egg, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and scallions, in a spicy & sour vegetarian broth
Are the Japanese Cheesecakes gluten-free?
No, they are not gluten-free. The cheesecakes contain Eggs, Wheat, Milk, and Soybeans.
