If you see the "Order Confirmation" page displaying the order status "Order Received", then yes, we have your order! You'll have also received an order confirmation email. Why does my address come up as "undefined"?
If you're having trouble finding or entering your address, go to Google Maps and do a search for it. Our address picker is built on top of Google Maps, and oftentimes brand new construction or developments won't be registered in Google Maps yet. Do you do contactless curbside pickup for carryout/takeout orders?
Yes! When you arrive, call the store or chat with us on our website. We will come and place the order into your trunk for you.
Are deliveries contactless? Will you leave my order at the front door for me?
Yes, as the threat of COVID-19 arose, we adjusted our deliveries to be contactless by: First, leaving the bag at the door - either on a chair/bench/table or the doormat. Second, our driver will knock or ring the doorbell, then walk away Please leave any additional notes for our driver in your delivery instructions section of the order, if you have anything else to add. All drivers are instructed to wear a face mask and gloves.
Is eating food from a restaurant safe during the COVID-19 crisis? How safe is it to eat takeout?

My order says "Order Received" and it's been a while. Did you get my order?
Yes! You've probably placed your order during a peak time. We start cooking your order as soon as we can, in the order we receive them. However, during peak hours, there can be up to 50 customers who have placed orders ahead of you in the line. Orders are made first come first served. The cooking process for orders actually only takes anywhere between 5-15 minutes, so our ASAP estimation times are primarily based on order volume and the particular delivery efficiency for that moment. Why are the estimated delivery times so long? 100 minutes is so long!
Is it currently a weekend evening, or is it kind of cold or rainy? Those are by far our most popular delivery times, and if the estimates say 80-120 minutes long, it is because there are many orders placed ahead of you. Cold temps and/or rainy (or even terribly hot) weather, combined with sporting events or season finales (I'm looking at you Game of Thrones!) oftentimes max out the output our kitchen can do in those peak hours of 5-8pm.

Can I edit/change my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, just go to the order confirmation screen, or your order in your order history and edit your order. Just make sure you do it before we start cooking it (which could be any moment!). The things you can currently change are: Delivery type (Delivery/Carryout) Location (your delivery address or the specific carryout store) Delivery (or Carryout) time (ASAP/Future) Quantity of items Payment method Coupons Make sure you save your changes when you're done!
Can I make more modifications to my dish?
Our menu, including all options/customizations, was specifically designed to be streamlined for speed, quality, and repeatability. Therefore, we cannot accommodate specific customization requests into our workflow - however, this allows us to prepare your order as fast and as deliciously as possible. Do you accept cash?
Sorry, we only accept credit card orders placed on our website. We do this because our platform allows our kitchen staff to be as extremely efficient as possible, which in turn allows us to offer great pricing to our customers. We do accept cash on orders for walk-in customers.
Is this a dine-in or counter service restaurant?
Tso is focused on only deliveries or carryout orders. If in store or you do not have access to internet, we do have a convenient kiosk tablet available at our carryout counter so you can place your online order.
Do you do carryout / takeout / pickup?
Yes! Just choose "Carryout" in the cart. Carryout orders are typically ready in just 15 minutes or less!
